As a Mental Training Consultant, I work with athletes and teams at all levels teaching mental training techniques and team building strategies. I work with athletes in sports such as gymnastics, skating, tennis and golf, basketball, volleyball, swimming, baseball, softball, volleyball, soccer, football and others. I have worked with the University of San Diego baseball team since 2000.
I am a Professor in the Sport Psychology program at John F. Kennedy University.
I am also a member of the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP), and co-presented in 2009 in Salt Lake City, UT; and 2011 in Honolulu, HI.
I am also the author of the book, Winning the Mental Way: A practical guide to team building and mental training
Performance enhancement for athletes and teams. Provide tools and techniques in areas such as goal setting, relaxation, imagery, concentration, confidence building and pre-performance routines.
