Personal Statement: 

Mental training is something all athletes should do while they train physically. Waiting for a problem to come up is like waiting for a cramp before starting to exercise. We don't do it physically and we shouldn't do it mentally either.

Specialty: 

After 20 years of training athletes of all ages and experience levels, I feel confident to handle most every situation. However, I most enjoy athletes who have strong physical skills and high goals, but are underperforming.
