Developing individual prescribed mental training program. Assessing mental strengths and weaknesses of athletes and developing a conjoint treatment ideation. Assist with parenting techniques for managing elite level athlete children. Skills used in coaching and psychosocial treatment include: * stress and anxiety management * imagery * concentration/attention training * identifying cognitive distortions and replacing them with increased motivation and improved self talk * confidence building and * supplement awareness * issues surrounding sports injury rehabilitation * providing clinical supervision to both graduate school interns and post-graduate MSWs working towards state licensure
